We are seeking a safety-driven, professional Learjet 40XR Pilot in Command to join our Part 135 charter operation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and exceptional passenger service.

We are a boutique charter and management company with exceptional clients and a pilot-focused flight department.  The aircraft is beautiful with a brand near interior.

The Lear 40XR will fly between roughly 30 hours per month with a spike around the holidays.  Mostly part 91 flights with some Part 135 Charter.  We strongly prefer someone local to Ft. Lauderdale, but could work with a remote-based pilot who can be on site while on hitch.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command under Part 135 regulations
• Exercise final authority for the safe and efficient operation of each flight
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OpSpecs, and company SOPs
• Provide professional, executive-level service to passengers
• Maintain training, currency, and operational readiness

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (Required) – ATP Preferred
• Learjet 45 Type Rating (Required)
• 3,000 Hours Total Time
• 1,500 Hours PIC
• 250 Hours PIC Time in Type
• Current First or Second Class Medical
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Eligible to work in the United States
• No history of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions

Preferred

• Initial or Recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months
• Prior Part 135 experience
