Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Manager Distribution Sales. The role can be located in: Wichita, KS., Chandler, AZ. or Miami, FL.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the growth strategy and plan for the Distribution Services Services America, including aggressive but achievable short-, mid- and long-term growth objectives and the development and implementation of strategic sales plans that align with the companys overall objectives and growth targets for the key OEM’s, within this spanet segments.
- Partner with the Head of Global Commercial Sales for the Parts and Distribution business unit to achieve the sales and revenue targets for the commercial segment of the Distribution Services business.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective goals. This includes developing a solid succession plan for all managers and providing proper guidance / prep work, on all required compliance and auditory activities, as defined by the business
- Partner with sales operations to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to ensure attainment of revenue goals.
- Work closely with Supply Chain leadership and the Supplier base, representing both the concerns of sales and the voice of the customer, during strategic supplier sessions.
- Must be able to represent the business as the corporate Senior Point of Contact for all key customers, including GT 100 and key Growth customers, including participating in and in some cases leading, senior level executive business reviews and required annual / quarterly meetings
- Collaborate closely with spaneting, business development and strategy, and the Distribution Services business unit to optimize sales initiatives and go-to-spanet strategies.
- Manage and report on a regular basis relative to orders and revenue performance against plans and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key representatives of current and potential customers.
- Play a key role in the pursuit and consummation of major customer contracts, ensuring that contracts are signed and executed in line with Boeing’s global commercial strategy and financial hurdles.
- Represent Sales and advocate as the primary voice of the customer on the leadership teams of the Sr Director Global Distribution Services and the Vice President Distribution Services
- Provide strong leadership in a fast-paced environment to his/her team, promoting and maintaining high employee morale. Establish high expectations for all employees with regard to performance and adherence to company values.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with sales of parts and distribution services
- Experience with formal or informal team leadership and management

Summary Pay Range: 177,650 – 240,350
