Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughsAs a Senior Sales Operation Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy for Building Automation (BA) channel LOBs in Canada. Your role will involve leading initiatives to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and ensuring our sales team operates at its peak performance.
You will report directly to BA Canada General Manager and youll work out of one of our Honeywell Building Solution offices locations in Markham, Mississauga, Kanata, Lachine or Sainte-Foy on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall sales strategy and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor performance progress vs plans (Partner BPP) and provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Ensure price lists integrity and coordinate new SKU activation process working collaboratively with offering, pricing, sourcing, and supply chain teams
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations

YOU MUST HAVE
- Post secondary education in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of transferable experience in sales operation, sales support, customer support, data analytics or supply chain roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
WE VALUE
- Previous experience in construction, building technologies or related field
- Intermediate to advance level of Excel proficiency
- Bilingual English and French.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Additional certifications in sales operations or related areas is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
